- BBBrentJan 2, 20231.0Worst bank ever. Bank card was used fraudulently. Canceled it. Cash app isn't letting me add money unless I have a debit card. Zelle locked me out saying too many wrong pin numbers, which didn't happen. Fraud department can't unlock account. Says to call during normal business hours. Can't access any of my money from a federally backed bank because it's a holiday and they don't have anyone working in case of emergencies. On day 2.5 without access to funds and they said sorry.
