Trying to resolve the issue caused more issues. Just this bank procedure is BS. Policy and procedures is BS and the people are dealing with what they are given. But to be hacked 2 times in a one week. And it takes all day to resolve anything.

I have observed the employees talking with each other just looking at me. No even a simple hello. I’m very dissatisfied with this location. I will continue going to the location on I-10 though the bank is smaller and more traffic with customers they are welcoming and very friendly and always taking care of any banking concerns on a timely matter.
