And the last time I was there to open a credit card, there were four people standing there talking. None of them offered to help. I was so close to walking out. They were good at the smaller location with less people. I have to switch bank now.

The front desk receptionist "checked" my account and verbalized there were no hold and I needed to fund my HYSA for there to be an amount.. So, I spoke with the teller and banker (Devaun) who could not help me with wire/external transfers. A lot of back and forth for them to do nothing because that's what they seemed like they wanted to do. I ended up going home to see that there is still a hold on my account LOL. Poor and inefficient customer service at this location.
