  Not at all impressed. Slow to the drive thru. Manners are fake. Talk to me like I'm a child. I'm done. Why is an id is required for deposits all of a sudden? No notice, no signs. It has not been that way at other locations and I've been making deposits all month. If an id was needed then why did she let me leave without telling me i needed one? Then why didn't I get a call at all. Three hours go by and I didn't see my deposit. I don't see any sign that says id is now required for deposits. Just ridiculous. I'm done with this place. I'm going to another bank period. I'm done with the fees and all these stupid rules. More than one teller is needed at all times. They do more gossiping than working anyway.

  Took them over an hr just to do a cashiers check. Messed up the check three times.

  This banks policies and customer service are horrible ever since they took over BBVA . Not enough tellers on duty leaving customers having to stand and wait for long periods of time. They want to put holds on your employer's checks unless you have enough money in your account to cover it. Online mobile app is always down for maintenance or has a hard time connecting to and you can't use ZELLE as they say you can it doesn't work. I have been member/customer of this establishment since 2006 when it was Compass Bank. .

  WORST BANK EVER!!! STEPHANIE decided to racially profiled me and act like there was something wrong my check. She didn’t ask for my ID, she typed a couple of buttons and pretended to look at something and said that there was something wrong with the checking I need to take it back to the person who distributed it to me. It’s a major corporation that drawn by PNC Bank and there is nothing wrong with the check. She was real nice and chatty with the Hispanic lady before me but as soon as I walked up to the counter she had a problem. I got my attorney on the phone and asked STEPHANIE again to explain what the problem was and she couldn’t really tell me. She kept trying to say that there was something wrong with their PNC Bank account. Let’s be real, it’s not like you can say it’s because you’re Black I don’t want to cash your check because you didn’t think that it was possible for me to have that kind of money. I would much rather her say I don’t want to cash your check here or we don’t have that kind of money on hand them to be blatantly disrespectful and lie and just be flat out racist because every other Hispanic they came in there after she was super polite to!
