  Business owner here. I work in a field that is very hard to make appointments for things like banking. I went in because they make it impossible to transfer money in and out of the business checking account online. J came in to get that remedied, but was told that they only had one business banker and "she prefers appointments." Was given the impression that waiting wouldn't be fruitful. I explained my situation, and was given a blank stare and a shrug. Older short Hispanic man is who I dealt with. I did not catch his name, but he did hand me the business card of Holly H Sellars, Branch Manager. Okay? I will try another branch, but if I get the same experience, I will have to find another bank. I have never had such a bad banking experience in my life.

  PNC is the worst bank ever. I wanted to make a transfer of funds to another bank. As part of their verification, they asked me to choose from a list- what was the tag number of a car I traded in 5 years ago? It was a car my wife drove. Who can answer a question like that? My remedy was to talk to a human at their help line. Except it was after hours, so I have to wait til the next day, delaying my transfer for another day. I'm closing my account at this bank at the earliest opportunity.

  Stay away from PNC, they are crooks who just want to get your money! Went to that branch to close my account because they told me waiver on fees expires soon. Even though I closed account before waiver expiration, they started charging me their fees. It is very difficult to get them removed, especially when account is closed. Take your business to a legitimate bank, do not have any deal with PNC!
