Anthony and Pam worked very diligently and professionally with customer service to fix my issue. I left the branch feeling so grateful and felt that I was an important customer. Though the issue was my fault, Anthony and Pam looked into every option they could to resolve it - and were 100% successful. You’re not treated like just another number here - you matter, and they want to assist you. You don’t find the compassion, friendliness and dedication that this branch has anywhere else these days.
