They are very eager to sell additional services but when they made a mistake and owed us a refund they refused and took 3 weeks of dodging phone calls and promising to look into it before declining to assist us. We are a business and have been with Compass for 13 years and see now there is no concern for a client of any size. Moving our business ASAP.
