I was there to refinance my car, which I have never done before an Odi was so knowledgeable and explaining everything to me and made everything so comfortable she took the best care of me and the manager as well!

However, the lady who was at the door greeting people this morning made me me feel extremely unwelcome. I came in to simply make a deposit to my checking account. I did not like her tone nor demeanor in how she spoke to me. It wasn't an inviting ,"how can we help you today?" If that was her goal, then mission accomplished. I won't be back to this branch in this lifetime or the next. I truly hope it wasn't due to being a certain demographic. The member in front of me got an acknowledgement as they left the branch upon completingtheir transaction. Of course, I did not get the same thing when I walked out. I have lived long enough in this country to know when people are showing their implicit bias. It definitely felt that way. The next mission is to close my account. I took the time to pullover to write this review just after leaving the branch. Pure tomfoolery
