  Don’t know what the teller’s name was but she had her back turned and couldn’t see me. After a bit, I said “excuse me” and she said (without looking at me) “yes” I said Can you help me take some cash out? She said “yes I’m almost finished. just helping the drive through”. I said ok. She finished and turned to me and told me i couldn’t take cash out without an ID. And I asked if I could use tap with my debit card pin and she said no. Frustrated, I thanked her and was leaving, when the guy at the front told me I could use an ATM access Code. Why the teller didn’t offer this solution in the first place is beyond me. Horrible experience and horrible customer service from the teller. Didnt get her name but she had Long black hair. I hope I never have to come to this location again.

  For PNC Bank location at 6610 Blanco. Near Target and Park North. Based on your other reviews, Laura’s lack of customer service has been consistently disappointing for over 1 year. I opened an account at this location specifically because they offer Cashiers Checks that I can leave the branch with as opposed to different banks that take several business days to mail the check. But, each time I walk in the only available team member is Laura. Laura’s lack of customer service has led me to go out of my way to visit any different PNC location in the city than this one. Laura representing your company and the face of customer service never smiles. Her answer are monotone and she has a blank stare on her face. THE LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THIS BRANCH HAS LED ME TO DO BUSINESS WITH ANY OTHER LOCATION IN THE CITY. I hate walking into this branch only to ever be met with rude Laura.

  Never use this bank. In the one year I been with them I have gotten my money stolen 3 TIMES. I got more than 600 Dollars stolen from me at once and the bank just lets it happen. I went into the the other day and the lady just told me that they had already had more than three people walk in for the same thing!!! Do not trust this bank!!

  Don’t believe them when they say they provide Notary services. They don’t. They will only sign their bank documents, they are not Notary Publics. They will tell you on the phone that they will provide these services. They don’t. Deceptive advertising on their part.
