- DDD1 day ago1.0Very unprofessional , they can’t help you with what is going on but just apologize for it. What kind of manager do you have sitting behind that desk that can’t help a customer that has been with this bank for so long ??? Her response after telling her I was going to close my account with them was “ I want to say Thank You for being with us for this long. Jessica , the assistant branch manager doesn’t care if she loses people as customers. This is definitely something cooperate is going to have a field day with ! No wonder this bank is ONLY RATED 3.6 STARS IT SAYS ALOT !!!!!

I had a gentleman at the bank talk to me today and he was the worse person to talk to about my issues and not got resolved. Pretty much he said I’m screwed out of my money. I just had enough of this stupid bank I will not ever use them again. Got frost bank now.
