  My kids are going to go hungry for the weekend. So dont take the advise of the bankers here. In a emergency, they are not helpful. I went to cash work check. They don't cash check if you dont have the funds to cover them. Its a work check from a corporation, and they wouldnt cash it cause it didnt have funds in my personal account. That is the most ridiculous policy. Just take your check to the other bank

  I am a current banker with PNC and I've always had great service. I started a new business and was awarded a relatively small contract, so I contacted PNC to set up a new account. Juan Ortega is the representative at this branch and called me twice the day before the meeting. He was 10 minutes late for the meeting but never apologized. He thanked me for my patience, but did not apologize. After a few minutes talking and a disagreement regarding documentation, I decided to start my business account elsewhere. When Juan Ortega apologized, it was "sorry you're having a bad day". I was just awarded my first contract! I was having a great day until he decided his time was more important than PNC customers.
