However after over an hour of waiting....Nothing. I called in to see why nobody had and was given excuses by the lady on the phone. I stated that must be why your Google reviews are 3.3 poor customer service it was at that point she abruptly state "Ok have a good day someone would help when they could they were super busy today....goodbye" and hung up. And that is why your branch is at a 3.3 Google rating.
