- IIiliael3 days ago5.0Llegue sin cita, de paso, para pedir informes para abrir una cuenta. Desde la entrada te reciben con una sonrisa. Me pasaron directo , Y me atendio muy amable, y respondiendo a mis dudas, Rafael Realyvazquez. Nada complicado al contrario, es muy sencillo abrir una cuenta de cheques y de ahorro en esta sucursal. Te piden 2 formas de identificacion, si no eres residente , te aceptan tu pasaporte y otra identificacion. Todo muy rapido, te explican el manejo de cuenta y la aplicacion en tu celular, y Listo. Recomiendo 100% que los visiten para las difrentes opciones de cuenta y creditos que manejan. Gracias Rafael Realy por sus atenciones

His head was not all there. He looked up my because I needed to reset my password online banking and no way my phone is not old. I just bought it. And he did not want to help me at all. And it's sad because I will never go to that bank that side of town. They're more friendlier at the northview the one on Callahan and 410 they're more friendlier cuz I cannot believe and then when he asked me or he will get my money with my you know ID and my card. He didn't even ask me what kind of bills do I want if I want 100. He brought my whole money $100 bills. He knows better that there's gas stations or convenience store that they won't take because it's a big deal. They don't take big bills. If people doesn't like their job they should look for another one. That's how bad this person act not want to get no one in trouble. He needs to improve or ship out
