Being able to be well informed now upon what else I can do with my PnC account has more than made me ready to consider what other options they have readily available to me. I like the possibilities of my current numbers being stored at a financial institution doing a lot more things than just staying idle with low apy rates. They’re always ready to attend me with no hesitation they help me with a big smile! I always wait to drive 3 hours for a dr appt to go to San Antonio and I tell my daughters “ do we need to go see Mr Julio or Mr Lonnie” and we always have a reason to stop because I rather bank with them than here in my hometown. Exceptional customer service.. thank you!
