  I absolutely love to stop by in this bank every single time I drive up to San Antonio. Mr Julio and Mr Lonnie make me feel like family the minute I walked in! They’re always ready to attend me with no hesitation they help me with a big smile! I always wait to drive 3 hours for a dr appt to go to San Antonio and I tell my daughters “ do we need to go see Mr Julio or Mr Lonnie” and we always have a reason to stop because I rather bank with them than here in my hometown. Exceptional customer service.. thank you!

  My first excellent customer experience with a Bank! After some confusions and frustration with my bank access, I visited this location to get some help. It was my first time meeting Ms. Roxane when she offered an explanation, the help I needed, and more!! She even went out of her way to show me through the app and understand my mobile banking much more clearly than before. I feel much better about banking with PNC seeing as they take pride in their customer service ❤️‍🩹!!

  Had ATM problem so moved to drive thru, waited and no one cane to help me. I spotted an employee seated at a computer with no customer in lobby l. Just sitting at her computer doing who knows what while I sat at the window and watched her, I even took a picture. When i finally started to drive off, I guess she saw my reflection on her screen, she finally turned around. I left and went to another location. Bad bussiness!!

  Bad experience all around. I was hoping to find a bank that would allow direct deposit before midnight of payday. When they said they don’t do that I should have gone somewhere else. They did however promise it would be at midnight of payday. The people I work with get theirs at midnight or before. I can’t even get access to my money until after midnight. I keep my debit card locked and unlock it when I make a purchase for extra protection. I was just on hold for 45 min trying to see if someone would unlock my card because this is the second payday in a row that the unlocking feature was disabled and I couldn’t get my money. The customer service rep said every single night between 12-3am they disable the ability to unlock your debit card so they can do updates. Would have been good to know because I would have unlocked it prior. This and other reasons have prevented me from using this bank the way a bank is supposed to function. They lack transparency and I’ve been in situations where I needed to wait at a drug store for hours to buy medications for a sick kid or sit in a gas station parking lot for 3hrs until the card worked again so that I could make it home. I am getting closing my account. If you want to keep yours maybe this review will help you avoid at least one of the issues that PNC doesn’t see as a major problem.
