  Natalia was so so helpful, I had an emergency to close my account and open a new one and let me tell you, she did just that. Not only did she help me close an account the new account I have has a reserved account just for bills. I couldn't be more satisfied with how she explained everything to me and went step by step on what charges were.

  BBVA Compass is an extraordinary bank. The customer service is great and the staff is very friendly and welcoming. I was helped by Roshni Bhakta several times in person and on the phone and she always made the process simple and easy. Thank you guys so much for the hospitality.
