The speed is alright, they usually only have one teller when I go in but the manager hops on to help. They've helped me with a couple of different things. I've been banking here for about 1-2 years. Wish I had started as soon as I moved to San Antonio. The only downside with this company is I can't get transferring money to another account online resolved and I have to go in.
