  I use to be regularly costumer at this bank. The branch manager at this location she's the reason why I'll come back to this bank. I always have good experience with her whenever she isn't busy. I'd always ask for Lu she is professional and friendly. She is the light of this branch. Unfortunately, The bank teller Bryan is the most awkward and weirdest person I've ever encountered at this branch. I don't feel comfortable since there's been multiple hiccups with him. There has been multiple times incidents when I'm doing a change order his counts would be messed up and had already ask him do their register counts 3 times in the past to make sure his and my change wasn't off. This should never be the case because for a bank teller you should be trustworthy and know even change for your bank account. PNC, this is a huge problem because how do you have a bank teller who miscounts the change order? This really affects your reputation. I had to stop coming here because I don't want to encounter Bryan because he makes my visits awkward and weird. I'd recommend Marco the bank teller at this location. I always had a good experience with him. He's a new employee and he has been with PNC a long time. Otherwise go to Leon Springs location they are more professional there to avoid Bryan.

  This bank seriously needs to get their team trained better. I’ve had to have them recount their tills twice before bc they said I was short on change when I wasn’t, then just getting a “sorry” after they realized the mistake. This is the only location that takes forever to make my deposits, this location is closer to me but with all the issues me and my team deal with, its just not worth it

  It took 7 days for a cashier check to clear. This bank will hold your money for the longest time they can.

  Can someone let me know how to get hold of the local branch through the phone call? I tried to call several times, no one at la cantera ever picked up the phone….

  I wanted to take the time to say that the customer service had always been 5 star here! Specifically Anthony Hernandez he has gone above and beyond and I’m so appreciative!
