Being a Virtual bank, or as much as they say they are, it took 20 minutes to pay off a charge off of $8.50. They took my cash, turned it into a check, ran that same 8.50 check through a machine probably 8 times. While I'm waiting, standing in the lobby mind you, there are no trash cans inside or outside the lobby, no bathrooms to use and no water to drink ... Jake is the individual who took care of me, very nice amd courteous.
