  Not just this branch but also PNC as a whole The absolute WORST customer service. This absolute WORST bank for a small business. Honestly not sure how they stay in business because they make everything so needlessly complicated. Online customer service is non-existant. Everyone also has to transfer you somewhere else. Every phone number is some how not the right phone number. Got a new credit card for your business? Good luck getting that linked to your existing business checking account without filling out an online form and doing a zoom meeting. Have more than one authorized signers on your business account? Good luck getting one of them signed into their online portal. Honestly just don't.

  Imagine waiting 45 mins in the drive thru lane. Terrible. After waiting 45 mins you’re going to say it’s gonna take a little bit longer it’s a new teller? There’s three of yall in the lobby and no one else there. Never coming to this branch again.

  HORRIBLE! THEY DECIDED TO ADD ON A AUTOMATIC TRANSFER ON MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT INFORMING ME! THEY THEN EXPECT ME TO PAY FOR THIS OVERDRAFT FEE THAT CAME FROM THIS APPARENT MONTHLY TRANSFER, SAYING "IT APPEARS IT'S NOT A BANKING ERROR!" I CAN'T BELIEVE THEY WOULDN'T REFUND ME MY GODDAMN MONEY WHEN IT'S BECAUSE OF THEIR INCOMPETENCE!
