  Got suckered into opening a new account but buyer beware they will not cash checks until you have been with them a year and they say a lot of employers use them as payroll. I asked how y'all are a new bank? She rolled her eyes and said lots of employers have switched to us. I'm like well not mine and y'all said cashing checks wasn't an issue when I signed up. They want you to wait an additional 3 days to have money available through deposit. In this economy im trying to get paid on payday not a week later since if deposited on Friday I won't see it until mon through Weds. Just wish they were more transparent on what they have you signing up for. Definitely changing back to navy federal since the bank locations are useless to me anyway lol

  This is about PNC in general.. I didn't get my debit card in the mail so I went to a branch to get one my ID was expired so they would not let me get a debit card I answered every single question they asked in my security questions. They wouldn't even let me take money out at the teller my picture is the same. Holding my money hostage is what they're doing

  The automatic telephone system either aborts the phone call or never will cotact with the Bank´s person that is in charge of oersonally answering the customer's questions or requests. The conversion of the bank was a failure, I will give PNC zero star but unfortunately the scoring system starts with an impossible one star. 0 star. Fire the Manager of the Communications systems.

  This bank is the best and this location is so convenient. They have the best employees they are so helpful and friendly.
