- NGNicole GarciaOct 22, 20251.0Nicole brownlow the loan isn't the issue for this review it's the lack of communication from the loan company with the tow truck company when they are suppose to be picking up a surrender instead it's marked as a repo. The tow truck driver was too scared to knock on my door because he thought I was going to pull a gun out on him because it was marked as repo he thought I was going to be upset I had to explain to him I had been waiting for a while for the vehicle to be picked up that I had communicated with the loan company about this several times over phone and email. In the process he damaged the car drug it off the high crub and now I saw something hanging from the bottom as he did that after he dropped the car off in the steet because he realized he was damaging it. He almost hit my boyfriend's car in the process when he was dragging and hauling ass out my driveway and damaged the tire because it needed air. This type of behavior and lack of communication is a liability you guys have to communicate better with these tow truck companies to avoid stuff like that.
