  I was contacted on Wednesday by a Lorena Cantu representing Jose Martinez' office wanting to set up an appointment for the following Friday to review my acct. I let her know I could meet after 4:00PM. She set the appointment for exactly 4PM. I mentioned "after" 4PM but made the arrangements to be available any way. I waited for the phone call and they did not call, there was no contact made at all. That was VERY unprofessional! If something came up, be courteous enough to reach out and ask to reschedule. I can respect that. However, when you don't respect your customers time after being persistent with setting up an appointment that is not a financial advisor I would want to use or recommend!
