- CCCodiApr 2, 20265.0I went through the drive thru ATM at the San Angelo branch today. The deposit option was not working. I called them to let them know and asked about other locations I could possibly make a deposit. Let's just say I was not dressed to go inside. The sweet lady on the phone said, "Well come to the parking lot and I will come out and get your deposit for you." She did and promptly returned with a receipt! Now that is AMAZING customer service! Thanks PNC! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

- JPJay PeschardApr 20, 20211.0This bank is the worst. Well the location branch manager is . I recently went to Dallas Tx branch and had a wonderful experience. Bella is extremely rude, has the most turn over and doesn’t realize how this becomes an inconvenience to the San Angelo area. Also if you can’t perform customer service as a banker, then let someone else take the opportunity to bring back customer service how it should be. Overall For San Angelo I don’t recommend this bank unfortunately.
