- JHJonathan HernandezOct 19, 20211.0BBVA has recently switched over to PNC. During the very complicated transition no one has been helpful in answering questions about anything. The employees at the branch don’t know anything and if they have an answer for you it’s not very clear and/or they’re rude about it. We were in the lobby recently and an employee by the name of Adriana was very rude and her tone was extremely unprofessional. If you don’t like your job or dealing with customers then perhaps go work somewhere else. I don’t think anyone likes to be spoken to like they aren’t smart enough. She made me feel dumb just because I had questions.
