- DBDrew Brosnac3 days ago1.0Stay away from this bank. Opened a business account for our payroll. Decided to handle another way. Went In to close the account found out it was overdrawn a few bucks for two weeks. Mind you I got electronic notifications but nothing ever about being overdrawn. By the time I found out, two weeks, fees were above 200. I paid and went in to close account. Was told had pending charges so they gave me 1. Something and promised next morning account would be closed. This was three weeks ago. On 4-10 I received a notice dated 3-25 with another 110 in fees. This is a joke of a bank and I highly recommend staying away. They fail to notify you when something is due in order to keep charging fees. Unreal.

The branch was pretty much empty at the time, so the wait felt unnecessary for what should have been a simple process. I wonder do they treat all of their customers like that or just the black people.
