  The staff at PNC Bank on Lakeview pkwy location are always friendly, respectful, and professional. There is rarely ever any waiting, and they value your time — which is hard to find these days when so many places have rude or unhelpful service. Their team truly excels in customer care and makes every visit smooth and pleasant. Highly recommended!

  Husband's been an account holder here for a couple of years always good standing. He wrote his wife a check to cash and as it's pouring down rain with two infants they make U-Haul in to cash the check instead of doing it to the drive thru. The customer service SUCKS!!!!

  This bank is by far the worst banking experience I have ever had in my life. Not only are they extremely rude (this is the case in all branches, but this one especially) and not helpful at all, but very unprofessional. When it comes to customer service, this bank has NONE. When you call about something, it takes HOURS to get a hold of a person. They charge unreasonable fees and even twice, sometimes THREE times in the same day! Oh and if you have a problem with having money stolen from you, they tell you your banned for the duration of your account with them that they will never take a late fee off of your account again. Even when it's their fault. Please save yourself the pain and hassle that I have had to endure with this horrible excuse for a bank. Choose CHASE or Wells Fargo. They know how to treat people. I can only hope that BBVA Compass goes out of business very soon, worst bank in history. Period.
