So here’s a tip: Not a very smart move for a branch manager to schedule a meeting in the middle of most customers lunch break as this is the ONLY convenient time of the day we can make our errands. Sorry I cannot wait for you to finish your meeting with your boss. It’s unfortunate that your tellers cannot help me. Maybe extend your hours. Please work on having better customer service.

Apparently, the teller doesn't know how to count cash properly. Not just that, but I was their only customer today, yet they took 30 minutes to process one deposit. WOW! They were too busy having group chatting sessions I guess. I have come here a few times and it's the same thing every time. Disappointing. I'll go to another branch from now on ...
- ALAndy LJun 26, 20251.0I came in to the Lobby on 7/26, as I entered the Lobby the Teller behind the counter was screaming greetings me and asking me what I needed. The Branch Manager came out and said he couldn't help because he had an appointment, yet he wasted 10 minutes with me in the Lobby and asked for me go to another branch so they would help. All this no one showed up at the branch no customers. Poor Customer service. Gilbert Perez
