All I needed to do was add my daughter to my account. The banker advised as long as my daughter's profile information was in the system it could be done, and it was. She then proceeds to say well the prep questions aren't answered and she couldn't help us...she didn't have time. She then asks if we can come back Saturday NOT Friday because they are open until 6pm. Overall this banker was NOT professional and was rude...didn't smile... Signed - not a happy customer of 20 yrs

The staff here is friendly, fast, attentive, professional and a pleasure to work with. I circumvent using the Compass in Georgetown due to the manager being condescending, arrogant, short and rude. I didn't appreciate being talked down to by somebody with a resume that wouldn't even register as a blip on my radar of accomplishments in life. Reiterating, the folks on Gattis School Road are fantastic! That gal in Georgetown could learn a lot from my people in Round Rock...
