  Made an erroneous credit pull after their site failed. Made numerous attempts at working with them on this. Their automated AI phone system is obnoxious. I followed their mail in steps with no follow up. I've called since and was told I would get a call back. Well over a month later, no call received.

  I would never put my money or trust in this credit union. The phone number is a joke and going into a branch is just as bad. They don't follow through when they say they will contact you back. Just don't bother with them. Updated December22, 2025 : we came in Saturday and closed an account and the teller gave us a cashier's check that requires two signatures but only one person signed off on the checked. Now we have to go back in hopefully to get the second signature because otherwise the check is worthless.

  They SUCK at customer service! Sorry but I can't think of a better way to describe it. Their loan people are great but their tellers are apathetic and could care less. They couldn't even activate their own debit card. When I said if you can't get it to work, I'll Have to just close the account because I can't get access without the card, the supervisor said well if thats what you need to do. Have accounts at normal banks who have actual working knowledge of banking and 10 times better customer service! Will be closing accounts Looks like other reviews are saying same things. Your response is ridiculous. All efforts you describe were done in front of your people and IT DID NOT WORK. AGAIN, you can't activate a simple debit card, then what good is having the account. Incompetence doesn't begin to describe your abilities.
