  This thing has been so easy to work with, usually able to get a loan relatively Quick, Ben in a few few times and today’s service was exceptional. Chris behind the counter at the Rockwall location Was able to help me navigate through my account on my own computer and help me make the payments on the spot. Last time I tried to do this I had to go home and do it on my own and it was a little bit taxing. Thank you, Chris for being a great employee of CUTX.

  Just can’t get through the automated phone service. Been a member for years and have had no issues except with I have questions. Talking to a person is virtually impossible

  I always get the help I need at this branch, but Mrs. Jennifer has to take the cake! She was so wonderful in helping me with my auto loan questions and was extremely patient! She literally did someone else's job and saved me from the migraine that had been brewing.

  Members and staff are amazing! The cheap AI phone system is beyond frustrating. It refuses to give you an agent, then refuses to allow you to make an appointment to talk to said agent. Calling is basically pointless. I was trading my car in at the dealership, they tried to call my bank just to get my pay off loan amount for my car, AI refused to give them an agent. A simple phone transfer turned to an hour of arguing with a computer. Finally had to lie to the AI, go to the wrong department to talk to a real person so they could transfer us to the correct department. Edit: response. There was no reason for an auto loan person to call me about an application for a new car. That was not my complaint. Credit Union just wants to be cheap and piss off the their customers.

  Elvis was so extremely helpful in my loan process from start to finish! Made the process better than I could have even hoped. If you’re looking for a straight to the point zero hassle, hands on loan team to satisfy you’re needs then reach out to these people and good chance they will come through!
