- AJAdriana Pena JohanssonAug 30, 20253.0PCN Bank Corporate do no care for this small-town branch, we are in one of the poorest DMAs of the county, there is NEVER money at their only ATM in the city. The executives at the brand are doing a great job, my dad and now I are customers here, they are not to blame but last Friday we were at least 40 people of more in line trying to get cash at the branch because the ATM didn't have money, this happens almost every weekend. The clerk told me I could withdraw somewhere else and then call to aske them to waive commission, who has the time to keep calling to fix something that PCN Bank should fix
