I came twice with all my documentation, and she made the process unnecessarily difficult. She was cold and unhelpful, and I even noticed her giggling at my back when I was leaving, which felt extremely unprofessional. When I asked about opening an account and possibly closing or downgrading it after receiving the cash bonus, she accused me of “scoping for a cash bonus” and said it was a red flag. I don’t understand how taking a legitimate bonus is a red flag, while the bank freely uses my money in the backend. She was also dismissive when I asked to clarify whether the bonus was a cash reward or interest, instead of confirming or reading the fine print. This was the worst banking experience I’ve had, and I will not be returning to this branch.

Then they asked if I wanted to open an account. Wow really. No thank you. Businesses forget that the best advertising is word of mouth.
