    Something is terribly wrong here. They have a 5.0 rating on Google but an F rating with the Better Business Bureau. All of the Loan Star Title Loans companies have F ratings with the BBB. They flat out lied to us. Everything people say or said they did on Google reviews they did the exact opposite. As a consumer I depend on Google reviews being an accurate representation of the company that I could potentially do business with. I don't understand why they have 5.0 rating with Google but an F rating with the BBB, 5 complaints that Loan Star didn't even bother responding to, and 92 total complaints. But they have a 5.0 Google review. Something is not adding up here. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE LIARS!!!!!!
