- ASAndrew SheafferJul 12, 20251.0In my travels I stopped by the Port Arthur branch of PNC off of memorial HWY and Turtle Creek drive. The staff was incredibly rude and dismissive, particularly Terri. Mind you I patronized the PNC branded atm in the drive through and paid the associated fees. The atm stated you could choose the bills. It did not give me an option. I want into the branch to exchange the bills for larger ones as it’s a wedding gift. I was told the (PNC branded) atm was not theirs and they could do nothing unless I had an account. I was then dismissed. Previously I was a long time PNC customer. This is a perfect example of why I’ll never be using them again.

She actually had me questioning why I didn't have an account at that bank. You definitely need more people like her.
