I opened an account with them many years ago when I lived in Pennsylvania and even after moving to Texas I couldn't bring myself to switch banks because I am just so satisfied with them. I never have a problem with large purchases being declined or withdrawing larger amounts like I know other banks do. But yet when there was a suspicious transaction on my account they immediately called me and informed me of it and declined the purchase that I did not make. They send me new debit cards quickly when I loose them. They have a lovely online bank and app. Never once had a problem. I'm so happy they have branches in Texas now!
