Opened the account in Indiana over 10 yes ago and was impressed by the customer service back there, every bank I visited, everyone has the same professionalism. Was excited to see that PNC open a branch here in TX. Unfortunately this is not a full service branch. Waiting time is just too long for a service. Things that could have been done in 20 min ended up being 45 min or longer. Hopefully they changed this soon.
