- JCJc CloppJan 16, 20251.0Wasnt supposed to have overdraft coverage so if my debit card is ran it just declines instead of overdrafted my account but they were supposed to fix it and now they won't and I'm not paying them 50 something dollars. Not a way to treat your customers. 2.4 stars for a bank is extremely bad. Goes to show they don't care about their customers. I called them twice to ask them to remove that overdraft fee and they refused. I don't work for you guys so whoever I talked to last time was supposed to take that overdraft off my account.
