- VLVictoria LacyOct 29, 20251.0Approximately two months ago, I refinanced my car loan through PNC. My original loan was also with PNC, so before proceeding, I specifically asked the bank teller whether anything would change—such as my GAP insurance, warranty, or other coverages. I admitted that I was incompetent when it came to refinancing a car as it was my first time . She assured me that everything would remain the same, so I decided to move forward with the refinance. Unfortunately, I later discovered that my GAP insurance was actually canceled during the process. When I brought this to PNC’s attention, the only action taken was to “coach” the employee involved. As a result, I am now left without GAP insurance due to the misinformation I received. It’s extremely frustrating that PNC offered no other resolution for this issue.

I tried depositing money $500 for rent and the atm took my money, my card and shut down without any electricity or explanation! So now I had to take out a loan to pay for rent. And now they state that they will “investigate” which may take up to 10 days for them to come up with a resolution to their “investigation” like bruh, look at the cameras and give me my money back! I’m starting to consider moving to another bank….
