  So tired of going in and only one person handling the counter and the drive through. There are employees greeting people at the door and then stand there and don't do anything else!!

  My wife passed away and she received a check to an estate account. I was told I would have to create an estate account. Ok, fine. I sent in a copy of my wife's will and death certificate 4 days ago to be reviewed by their legal department. Still haven't heard anything. I've called and emailed several times with no response. An acknowledgement that you at least received the paperwork would be good customer service. Maybe return an email or phone call? Would that be asking too much? I've had pretty good service up until now.
