- BMBennie MaesNov 25, 20251.0Don't cash their checks I had a loan paid it off took out 300 loan then two weeks later they mailed me a check I deposited it a week later they bounced the check to get told it was my fault when they knew I still had a loan for 300 meanwhile I paid off a 900 loan off and made all payments on time they kept calling me too take a loan out well I was short on cash so took out 300 loan then they mailed me a 900 check so I cashed it well they bounced it and when I called they said it was my fault because I still had a 300 loan so yes I went off because how did u not know I had a loan It stated due to your great payment history and good credit u have been approved for 900 I deposited the check to them bouncing it 6 days later refused to give me the supervisor name and number and hung up on me I kept calling and hanging up on me imagine being a single mom and getting called by your bank being told u are negative 869$ and trying to figure out why they bounced the check they sent u then get told it's your fault for cashing check. Rude didn't matter I had made every payment on time and paid off the loan earlier than I supposed to but none of that matter just it was my fault for cashing a check they sent me
