  Terrible service. Bunch of guys standing around not doing anything. Why are they even there? I’ve been waiting at the teller for 30+ minutes

  In today's times it is very seldom to experience the level of customer service provided by BBVA's Riverstone location. Everyone from the branch manager (Ali Sheikh) , the personal bankers, and tellers serve their clients so well that there are few words that can truly articulate their servitude. I came to this bank to open an account and the tellers (both of whom are extrodinary) personally introduced me to the branch manager (Ali Sheikh). From there, he took the time to extend to me each and every service they provide in conjunction with reviewing the options and adavntages of each service. After frequenting the bank subsequently a couple more times and speaking with the personal bankers(who are also both exceptional) ,Mr. Sheik began to personally handle my account. Needless to say, i have moved my business accounts and personal account all to BBVA. The manner in which this branch deals with it's client/patrons is second to none and is in comprable to anything else that i have ever in the banking world, let alone customer service. I truly appreciate the dedication to their patrons and i recommend anyone that is looking for a bank for either their personal or business needs to definitely speak with these fine individuals at this location. Once again, thank you BBVA Riverstone team for everything that you have doen for me.
