- JBJanet borenFeb 17, 20261.0The company that I work for uses this bank. I have to go there every week and make deposits. Let me tell you, this is the wordy bank to do business with. I use the drive thru and every time I sit there and wait and wait and wait for a CSR to acknowledge I’m there. I finally push the talk button and then eventually someone responds and is like “can I help you”. Then I sit and wait and wait and wait for my deposit. I push the talk button again and someone will come on and say they are either working the inside counter or they are having trouble with the check machine and then when they finally send the deposit receipt they don’t even say thank you or anything they just send the receipts. Poor customer service poor!

They failed to upload important documents, that my father signed when he was alive, showing that I was the beneficiary of his account. When I went to try to close out the account and report his passing, this branch refused to grant me access, saying I wasn't a beneficiary and there was nothing I could do without a will or lawyer. It was only when I went to another PNC branch and after 3+ hours of them working through the Mesquite PNC's errors was it determined that I was a beneficiary and they were able to close out the account. I do not recommend this PNC and will never bank with them due to their mishandling of important financial documents.
