When he got there for his 10am appointment they were just getting there and they told him to stay with his current bank and didn’t want to open an account for him.

She made us feel at ease and was open to all the questions we had about our loan. Angie explained the options for our loan and was very helpful.. Don't care about your concerns. Can never get a live person on the phone until you wait almost an hour on the phone. Then they tell you to use the AI bot they have which is dummer than a bag of rocks. Can't answer your questions so refers you to call the bank. Yea that makes sense
