- SSSal SFeb 17, 20261.0Been with CUTX for over 20yrs and it had been a great experience up until 2023. Since then, I've noticed a huge decline in their customer service culture. If you are an existing customer, you're on hold for more than 20 minutes. They want to force you to use their digital assistant. But it's limited on what you can assist you with. I don't understand how they think that's acceptable But if you're a new customer applying for a new loan, you can get through instantly. After 20 years of loyalty, I think it's time to find myself another credit union that will appreciate my business.
