- KSKim StarkNov 2, 20251.0Up to this point I’ve been very happy with my service. Recently, I moved into a house and I need to pay my rent by Zelle. It is what the property manager has asked. There is a $500 limit on Zelle transactions. I have repeatedly asked for clearance to up my limit starting at the teller and going up to management. They will not permit it. I initially thought this was perhaps due to some safety issue so bad people can’t make you Zelle them . Now I think it is because they want the fee from making me go to get a cashiers check on MY MONEY! They don’t seem to care that it is what both parties want no nor do they care that this is an imposition for me because I have to take time off work to deliver the check. I am looking in to switching banks on this issue alone. Historically credit unions were known for outstanding service, that is no longer the case.

Someone called me and apologized for the difficulty contacting them and she gave me a refund for some unexpected charges. I hope next time I have better luck contacting them.
