- CTChad ThompsonFeb 23, 20261.0Worst banking experience ever. This branch treats you like you’re trying to gain their business, not the other way around. I’ve tried to get someone to help with opening a business account 4 times. Every time it’s something new I need to bring in. Antonio is the last one I had the displeasure of dealing with. He could care less if I was trying to move all my business accounts over or not. I was there to serve him, not the other way around. The manager had the same attitude as him when I tried to address the issue with her. Avoid this branch at all cost.

You cannot resolve simple customer service matters without an appointment, and you cannot do basic things online like you can at other establishments For numerous reasons, I would not recommend using CUTX. Your experience may vary though.

Thanks to Nick Cantillo.......The wait is over !!!!!!
