- IIItsWisdomApr 6, 20261.0Somebody here is lying, the staff moves so slow and never answers the phone. I’ve literally been in the office and hear the phone ring while no one does anything to answer it. Lines aren’t even long but some reason it takes 30 minutes to get help. I can’t even get someone to verify a check because it takes 45 minutes for someone to answer the call. So glad I left!

He was extremely professional, patient, and detail oriented while helping us resolve a complicated issue. What impressed us most was how seriously he took our situation and how much effort he put into finding the best solution for us. His careful and responsible attitude made the whole process much smoother and far less stressful. We truly appreciate his dedication and the way he always keeps the customer’s best interest in mind. Thank you, Joseph, for your excellent service. The staff at the bank were also very friendly and helpful, which made the entire experience even better.
