  My wife and I had a 9:45 AM appointment on Saturday, April 4th, at the 10th & Nolana branch. We arrived early at 9:40 AM and waited 40 minutes. At 10:15 AM, the stage director, Kimberly Persley, attempted to 'cut' us and the queue to help a family that had arrived much later, seemingly because they were her specific appointment. This was despite us being there first for our scheduled time. Thankfully, the banker Karina Varela stepped in. Around 10:20 AM, she went to the front desk, clarified that we were next, and took us herself. Karina provided 5-star service and was extremely professional in handling the situation. I believe the Branch Manager, Israel, needs to address this with Kimberly. This isn't the first time we've had an issue with her services of the lobby. If not for Karina’s integrity and excellent service, this would be a much lower rating. Thank you, Karina!

  Got a call while I was at work from the bank, thought it was fraud or something, nope, she wanted to sell me all these services! This is why I left Wells Fargo, don’t need your sales quotas pushed down my throat, stop charging $25 a month to have an account with you would be way more helpful!

  La mayoría de veces que he marcado por teléfono a sucursal en calle 10 Norte y Nolana para hablar a atención al cliente nadie contesta, he esperado hasta 15 minutos. Es un edificio muy grande con muy poco staff, los trámites en persona son demasiado lentos aunque haya pocos clientes.

  Horrible staff with entitled attitudes. Here to close my account and they made me wait over an hour. They were calling in their regular customers and leaving me to wait. There is no way of knowing when you're actually next. They pick and choose who to call in. ZERO STARS is a more accurate rating! Not waiting any longer...I'm out.
