They weren’t able to help me because we didn’t have any old information my parents have been banking with this bank since they were Texas State. Yessica Ramirez came and asked her co worker what the issue was and Mrs. Ramirez was kind enough to call a department and send a email to be able to locate the closed account for my mom. We are so grateful for Mrs.Ramirez if not my moms benefits would’ve been denied since we had one day left to provide the document. Thank you so much for taking the time and following up with us. Mrs.Ramirez is an outstanding employee!
