Got a call while I was at work from the bank, thought it was fraud or something, nope, she wanted to sell me all these services! This is why I left Wells Fargo, don’t need your sales quotas pushed down my throat, stop charging $25 a month to have an account with you would be way more helpful!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. The bank tellers are horrible people who don't know what they are doing. They talk about people through their computers and it was so obvious. I was in a rush like most people are and instead of just turning to ask for help, the lady that was "helping me" thought it would be better to type away.... Again it was so obvious. Not only that but we had to wait for another person to get the money and we were standing there doing nothing. As I was reaching to grab the money, the lady pulled it away and said she "forgot a form". Get your stuff together and stop talking behind peoples back. Horrible horrible horrible

Absolutely the slowest bank I have been to! I just need to deposit once a month. It takes 30 minutes in the drive through every single time! Even if I show up and I’m the first in line. Have to ask for a deposit slip, fill it out, then send it back then wait…. I will never bank here because of this. I understand they need to double check that’s fine but holy cow
