If I could leave 0 stars I would. The bank tellers are horrible people who don't know what they are doing. They talk about people through their computers and it was so obvious. I was in a rush like most people are and instead of just turning to ask for help, the lady that was "helping me" thought it would be better to type away.... Again it was so obvious. Not only that but we had to wait for another person to get the money and we were standing there doing nothing. As I was reaching to grab the money, the lady pulled it away and said she "forgot a form". Get your stuff together and stop talking behind peoples back. Horrible horrible horrible

Absolutely the slowest bank I have been to! I just need to deposit once a month. It takes 30 minutes in the drive through every single time! Even if I show up and I’m the first in line. Have to ask for a deposit slip, fill it out, then send it back then wait…. I will never bank here because of this. I understand they need to double check that’s fine but holy cow

Horrible customer service. My son went to receive information about his dispute that supposed to be resolved in 30 days. However a male banker, never discussed with him about the issue and basically he ignored the situation and gave him a vague answer just to dispatch from his desk. I miss "BBVA customer service level".

Don't understand why this bank has bad reviews. Went in on a Saturday was greeted right away at the entrance by a gentleman from PNC. I was waiting for the impossible because of the reviews. But Tatiana from PNC was very helpful and very nice. Must I say she was pretty fast at her job. I was in and out of the bank by the time I knew it. Thank you Tatiana for showing kindness when in reality that's all I needed today. Kindness and a smile 😃
