I had call my branch and find out why, which the girls really couldn't give me a good answer, they were guessing. So I have get a new card, this is crazy. A week with no access to money.

When I would contact them to discuss the matter, you could barely hear the person you were talking to for the employees discussing their personal matters in the background. They seemed to not care one way or the other if you left your business with them or took it else where...which is what I did. Much more pleasant experience now where I'm at and was issued a debit card the same day I opened my accounts.
